发展历程

创立初期

上世纪50年代，我核心团队参与研制成功国内首台大型全自动混疑土揽拌楼。
in the last century 50 's, the core membors of our team participated in the development of the first large"scaie automatic congretg mixing plant.

上世纪90年代，世界第一大水电工程-三峡工程开始建设，我公司核心团队主持并参与研制了全部10台大型混凝土搅拌楼中的7台，另外三台为进口美国、意大利、日本产品，完成了整个三峡工程大坝73%的混凝土生产任务。
In the 90s of last century, world's largest hydropower project -the Three Gorges project started construction,Three Gorges company purchase ten sets of large concrete mixing plant. Our core team members responsible for or participation in the development of the seven, the other three sets of equipment is imported from the United States, Italy and Japan.Our equipment has completed 73% of the Three Gorges dam concrete production tasks.

2001年

我核心团队成员主持并参与研制国内首台粉煤灰免烧蒸压砖生产线，开启了废弃粉煤灰回收再利用的时代。
in 2001. our core team members hosted and participated in developed the first domestic coal ash autoclaved brick production line, opened a new era of waste fly ash recyaling reuse.

2003年

公司依托国电机械设计研究院重组完成，自此走上公司发展的快车道。我公司在水电大坝用大型、超大型高端混凝土行业细分市场，多年持续占据70%到80%市场份额，处于领军地位。
In 2003,the company relies on the national electricl machinery design institute to complete the restructuringsince then,our company developed on the fast track. In the use of large or super large scale concrete industry equipment market segments our company is located in the leading position, we continue to occupy70%to80% market share for many years.

2005年

成功研制目前国内外最大的强制式混凝土搅拌楼(锦屏2x7m3搅拌楼)，该楼创造了采用强制式搅拌主机生产四级配混凝土技术等多项世界第一。
In 2005, our company successfully developed the world's largest forced type concrete mixing plant(Jinping2x7m3 mixing building). The concrete mixing plant has created a newrecord of Production four graded aggregate concrete with forced mixer, and has created a lot of other world records.

2006年

成功研制目前国内外最大的自落式混凝土搅拌楼(4x4.8m3),该楼创造了自落式搅拌主机单机装机容量最大、生产能力最强、集成化最高、综合性能最先进四项世界纪录。
In 2006, our company successfully developed the new Self falling type concrete mixing plant(4x4.8m3).The equipment has created foue new recordsthey are single machine Self falling mixer with the largest capacity, production capacity is the strongest, integration of the highest, the most advanced integrated performance.

2008年

研制成功国内第一台全封闭工厂化、绿色节能、高端环保型混凝土搅拌站，并在中建商砼成都分公司(龙潭站)成功应用。该设备研制成功并顺利投产具有划时代的意义，开启了我国混凝土生产行业绿色环保化的新篇章。
In 2008, the first fully encosed, zero emission, high environmental protection, factory concrete miing station, and the successful application of tho Chengdu branch of the China Construction Company concrete. The successful development of the equipment and the successful commissioning of the significance of the times, open up a new chapter of China's concrete production industry, green environmental protection.

2010年

成功研制国内最大的全封闭、零排放、高环保、工厂化混凝土揽岸楼，并在云南建工集团成功应用，该楼小时生产率540m。
2010 successfully doveloped the largest total closed, zero ermissions, high environmontal protection factory concrete mining piart, and tthe sucpessful acelication of the Yumnan Jangorg Group, the productien cacacity of 540 m3.

2012年

为北京易成拉法基站建设了双组型四方混凝土搅拌楼，该厂区总面积约9亩，厂区可利用面积仅有6亩左右。该设备建成投产创造了行业最小用地建设同等规模设备的极限记录。
in 2012. we buit the double type conarete mixing plants of 4.0m3 for Beiing Yicheng Lafarge company, the piant a total area of approximately 6000m2,but plant can be use area only 4000 m2. The equipment has created the smallest land records used in the construction of the same type of equipment in the same industry.

2013年

研制成功全封闭顶置式第四代高端环保型混凝土搅拌站，该系列产品具有外形美观大方、占地面积小、绿色节能、综合环保等突出特点。

2014年

研制成功建筑垃圾制砖、砂浆生产、混凝土生产“四位一体”综合利用项目。该项目集建筑垃圾处理、制砖、预拌砂浆与混凝土生产与一体。
In 2014, We have successfully developed a new construction waste recycling project, the project is "four in one"combination. including construction waste recycling,brick,mortar production, concrete production. 我公司位于黄河北武陟产业集聚区的新厂区开工建设，占地约300亩，规划5座室内厂房，每座建筑面积12000平方米。目前，一期工程已经建设完成，并已经陆续投产。
In 2014, My company has a new factory in north the Yellow River, the new plant began construction,the new plant covers an area of about 200,000m2,planning 5 indoor workshops, each building area of12,000m2.At presentthe first phase of the project has been completed, and has been put into operation.

2015年

研制成功“高塔式三机型”干粉砂浆成套设备，该设备可同时生产普通砂浆、特种砂浆，还可以同时生产特种砂浆中用量较多的保温砂浆。
in 2015. We successfully developed noww type of dry powder mortar compicte seis of equipment, "the tower type with three mixers". The equipment can produce a variety of mortarat the same time, including ordinary mortar, specal mortar, and thermal insulation mortar.

2016年

2016年研制成功环保型混凝土揽拌站全自动上料系统。实现上料智能化无人值守。
In 2016.we successfully developed fully automatic aggregates feeding system for environmontal friendly congrete batching plant,it realized intellligent aggregate feeding and unatiended operation.

2018年

2018年研制成功精品砂石料生产线，与混凝土搅拌楼站、干粉砂浆生产线一起形成三位一体、集约高效的绿色环保建材生产系统。
In 2018we successfully developed high quality sand and gravel production line, which intergrated with concrete batching plant and dry mortar production line forms a trinitarian,intensive and efficient green building materials production system.

2020年

研制成功预拌混凝土零排放回收系统，该系统可将湿混凝土完成砂石分离和浆水分离，实现资源再利用。
In 2020,we successfully designed the zero emission concrete residue recycling system of ready mixed concrete.the system can not only separate sand and stone,but also water and slurry from wet concrete residue.it realized fully utiilization of recycled raw materials.
